S & T Bank Treasury Management Product, Audit, and Risk Manager in Indiana, Pennsylvania

Work Days and Expected Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department).

Function:Assumes responsibility for overseeing the areas of Treasury Management Product, Audit and Risk.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the development, implementation, and enhancement of treasury management products and services.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market needs and opportunities for product innovation.

Manage the product lifecycle, including product design, testing, launch, and post-launch evaluation.

Provide training and support to staff on treasury management products, compliance, and risk management.

Ensure treasury management products and processes comply with internal and external audit requirements and regulations.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational controls and mitigate risk.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address audit findings.

Identify, discuss, and manage risks associated with treasury management products and operations.

Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure effective implementation of risk controls.

Monitor and report on risk exposure and recommend improvements to enhance risk management practices.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to treasury management processes and products.

Recommend and implement improvements to enhance product offerings, operational efficiency, and risk management.

Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders regarding product performance, audit findings, and risk assessments.

Maintain a good working relationship with bank employees in other departments. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, as well as work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and the Bank as a whole.

Perform additional functions as needed.

Physical Demands

Use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry up to 80-90% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"- 20" for computer work up to 40% of the business day. Education Requires a four-year college degree or equivalent, with major or area of specialization in Finance, Business, or related area. Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification preferred. Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification to be completed within 18 months of hire.

Experience Requires five to ten years of general experience plus two to five years specialized knowledge in development, implementation, and enhancement of treasury management products and services as well as implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.

Salary Range:

$55,000.00 - $136,000.00
