Job Description

My client is a research and consulting firm supporting multiple federal customers across the country. They are currently seeking an HVAC technician to join their operations & maintenance team supporting their Naval customer in Indian Head, Maryland. Their overall responsibilities will include performing HVAC maintenance support (such as supporting HVAC installations, routine maintenance and repairs, etc.), Their day to day will include diagnosing and repairing electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, watersource heat pumps, cooling towers, etc.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years experience in an industrial, lab, or commercial facility setting as an HVAC technician or building engineer

CFC or EPA universal certification journeyman or masters HVAC certification

secret security clearance null
