Title: Solutions Architect Location: United Kingdom; Remote Experience: IC3 Job Function: Professional Services Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Industry: Computer & Network Security Job Summary The Solutions Architect leads complex solution deployments for enterprise-level customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, they provide expert guidance on technical aspects and best practices. They contribute to continuous improvement of processes and methodologies, mentor junior team members, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Applicants must be living in the UK or Sweden and must hold a valid Right to Work in respective location. Job Responsibilities Lead complex solution deployments for enterprise-level customers. Provide expert guidance on technical aspects and best practices. Assist with the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance. Act as a primary technical point of contact for customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in the development of technical strategies and roadmaps. Resolve escalated technical issues promptly and effectively. Conduct in-depth technical assessments and provide recommendations. Assist in pre-sales activities and solution design. Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field; or equivalent experience. Solid knowledge in a technical, MSP, or software consulting capacity. Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, company operations, and advanced methodologies. Moderate understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals. Moderate knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services & Active Directory Federation Services. Moderate experience with Unix/Linux. Moderate experience with scripting development using various Microsoft tools (SQL, PowerShell, etc.). Moderate familiarity with Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography. Moderate familiarity with business application suites such as Microsoft 365. Ability to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and provide training to peers. Compensation Salary will be commensurate with experience.
