Now Hiring 2st shift MIG Welders!

Job Duties:

• We are hiring MIG welders of all levels. We are looking for candidates ranging from entry-level to those with AWS certification, all the way up to very experienced welders. If you are an entry-level candidate, you will start with tacking off production and gradually move onto the floor for fabrication with all work being inspected. You will need to take a weld test, which includes reading a blueprint and performing a math test (including fractions). The welding work will primarily involve steel, and TIG experience is a plus. Ideal candidates will have experience in tank and structural welding.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on structural steel

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• Conduct basic math calculations including fractions

• Operate machinery and drive a forklift

• Lift up to 50 lbs as necessary

• Engage in custom fabrication tasks such as metal breaking, welding, painting, and CNC operations

• Collaborate with engineering firms to design and fabricate new builds

• Inspect and ensure the quality of welds

Hours/Shift/Pay

• 6am - 2:45pm

• Pay ranges from $20-$25 based on experience and weld test

• Pay is weekly

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00
