The Safety & Security Agent is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees. This person will follow safety and security standards by:

• Patrolling the property to ensure the safety of guests and employees and to protect all hotel assets

• Reporting and completing incident reports

• Respond to medical emergencies on property

• Assisting guests with key assists and access to their room

• Initiate and follow-up all investigations of crimes committed against property and persons

• Assist with other duties as directed by the Security Supervisor and/or Director of Security

In addition, the Safety & Security Agent assists with the Wellness Check Area by welcoming colleagues to work, taking colleagues temperatures and verifying the colleague is healthy for work.

Qualifications:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

• Refined verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Proficient in basic computer skills

• Previous hotel security experience preferred
