Insight Global Client Services Manager in Immokalee, Florida

Job Description

The Client Services Manager is responsible for the cultivation, administration, and maintenance of the client relationship. Builds relationships with clients through the delivery of exceptional customer service characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust.

 Lead and oversee the client services department, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and client satisfaction.

 Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service operations.

 Ensure a seamless client experience across all points of contact.

 Manage key client relationships and participate in strategic meetings with top-tier clients.

 Collaborates with the Site Director and Vet Director to resolve complex client issues or disputes.

 Oversee the training and development of the client services team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

 Implement best practices in client service management and adapt to evolving market trends and client needs.

 Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions.

 Work closely with other departments as needed for client support.

 Analyze performance data to make informed decisions and report on departmental achievements and areas for improvement.

 Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.

 Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

 Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

 Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree

 At least 5 years of experience in client services

 At least 2 years of managerial experience

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

 Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail null
