Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Consultant – Computer System Validation and Test Management to join us at the heart of our Envista European Businesses in Prague. In this role you will manage Computer System Validation and related Testmanangement within Envista. SAP is the leading ERP surrounded by different legacy applications which are the foundation for executing the core business processes.

Your responsibilities:

Computer System Validation

Maintain computer system validation documentation. This includes drafting of User Requirement Specifications, Functional Specifications, Risk Assessments, Test Cases, Test Plans, Computer System Validation Plans and Reports.

• Support Computer System Validation Leader in approving documents.

• Support test management in electronic test management tool.

• Support test automation projects.

Project Management:

• Manage full lifecycle implementation projects or subprojects within budget, timeline, scope and quality.

• Ensure project methodology and quality standards are applied.

• Management of external resources within the project.

Change Management:

• Handle change requests from the business according to Envista Change Management process.

• Propose changes that will represent a potential improvement to the business.

Support / Training

• Training of key users on the processes and applications.

• Provide and supervise documentation.

Process and application maintenance:

• Application support for infrastructure changes and application upgrades.

• Proactively drive process standardization and reduction of complexity within the application landscape and business processes.

• Following Nobel Biocare SOPs to maintain regulatory compliance and system / process validation.

• Drive innovation within the application landscape and processes (simpler, better, more efficient).

Job Requirements:

Knowledge and Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent diploma

• Experience in SAP Document Management and Product Lifecycle modules.

• Able to work in a dynamic envirorment and encouraged to take new challenges

• Deep technical IT knowledge of supported Business applications and process flows.

• Good communication skills and experience of working in multicultural global IT environment.

• Fluent in English.

Skills/technical know-how:

• Strong knowledge in SAP DMS and PLM.

• Experience in regulated industries and computer system validation.

• Experience with Excel visual basic and SAP Solution Manager is a plus.

Critical Experience:

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
