Position Title: Administrative Assistant SR I

Work Location: Town

Shift Schedule: Monday Thursday 4x10s

Salary Grade: 08 Salary Range: Min \$29.55 Mid \$37.08 Max \$46.29

Position Purpose:

Provide advanced administrative support to the Idaho Cleanup Project (ICP) Essential Missions organization to achieve organization objectives and contribute to the overall successful completion of the company\'s mission. Coordinate administration operation of the organization and general office management. Provide administrative support in execution, coordination, and dissemination of information of company/program business functions, business practices, and company policies. Provide administrative management to the organization using initiative and assertiveness and by offering input and solutions in managing commitments, initiatives, and priorities. Assist with community and company events. Review, prioritize, delegate, or act upon requests of the organization with limited direction and great independence. Work independently with little supervision using creativity and ingenuity to resolve complex problems relating to areas of responsibility. Must effectively communicate and interface with the senior Idaho Environmental Coalition management team including DOE-ID.

Routine functions include a knowledge base of duties associated with general office administration. Compose, prepare, or input, edit and proof letters, memos, documents, presentations, etc. Coordinate and disseminate information for work group or immediate manager, e.g., meeting schedules and appointments, notices, training, travel.

Minimum Qualification Requirements (Education/Experience):

Vocational Certificate, plus 11 years related experience.

Position Responsibilities:

Self-initiates and coordinates a variety of administrative tasks. Using initiative and independence prepares and/or coordinates the preparation of all project letters, presentations and other related material ensuring a quality product.

Arranges and coordinates customer, company and corporate appointments, screens calls and correspondence delegating action items as appropriate and provides information as needed to internal and external customers.

Enters requisitions for Essential Missions/Strategic Initiatives related procurements.
