What we’re looking for:
A Passion for People and relationship building
Hospitality or Food and Beverage industry experience is considered an asset
Proven strategic problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of financial tools
Strong ability to communicate effectively
Personal organization and time management skills
Responsibilities:
Responding to contact requests promptly
Managing reservations and inquiries
Conducting building tours
Handling event quotes and contracts
Coordinating event details and logistics
Updating calendars and tracking sales
Invoicing and post-event follow-up
Website and promotional updates
Administrative tasks and inventory management.
