As a Training Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and managing a team of process trainers dedicated to serving our global

clients. Your responsibilities include overseeing the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs, ensuring that

trainers are well-prepared and aligned with client needs. Your expertise is crucial in understanding client requirements, designing

effective training strategies, and maintaining a high standard of process training excellence across our global team.

purpose of the job

As a Training Manager within Randstad Enterprise, you will be at the forefront of training and development, managing a team of

process trainers for our global clients. Your role is pivotal in delivering strategic value by providing expert insights into training

program design and delivery. Leveraging data and industry knowledge, you develop and implement efficient training strategies that

meet the evolving needs of our clients. As a strategic partner, you enable creative solutions and drive innovation in navigating the

dynamic training and development landscape.

executing training and development processes are integral parts of your role, ensuring that our training strategies are effectively

implemented to meet our clients' objectives and drive organizational success.

roles and responsibilities

Develop training programs:

● Design, develop, and implement training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

● Create training materials, manuals, and other educational content.

● Utilize data insights and market knowledge to refine and optimize process training strategies.

● Driving innovation by proactively identifying and coming up with innovative ideas for training & development.

● Collaborate with delivery teams & leadership to ensure a seamless and efficient training process.

● Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to delivery managers on training assessments & needs.

Assess training needs:

● Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs within the organization.

● Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to determine training priorities.

● Keep abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in training and development.

● Integrate innovative training methods and tools into the company's programs.

● Develop comprehensive onboarding programs that include process training for new hires to ensure they are quickly

integrated and productive.

● Provide ongoing support and resources for new employees as they transition into their roles.

Manage training delivery:

● Oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and effectively.

● Coordinate with internal and external trainers to facilitate training sessions.

● Develop tailored training programs that address the specific needs and processes of different departments and roles

within the organization.

● Incorporate real-life scenarios and case studies relevant to the organization's operations.

● Combine traditional classroom training with e-learning modules, webinars, and virtual classrooms to provide a flexible

learning experience.

● Ensure that online resources are accessible and can be used for ongoing reference and self-paced learning.

Evaluate training effectiveness:

● Develop and implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

● Analyze feedback and performance data to continuously improve training initiatives.

● Leverage advanced technologies such as virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) to create immersive training

experiences.

● Use learning management systems (LMS) to track progress, manage training schedules, and provide analytics on training

effectiveness.

Team leadership:

● Lead and manage a team of trainers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

● Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

● Ensure all training programs comply with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

● Maintain accurate training records and documentation.

● Identify performance gaps and develop targeted training interventions to address them.

● Work with employees and managers to improve individual and team performance.

Foster a continuous learning culture:

● Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.

● Encourage employee engagement and participation in training activities.

● Prepare regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and ROI for senior management.

● Use data analytics to inform and refine training strategies.

● Promote cross-functional training to help employees understand the end-to-end processes and how different functions

interconnect.

● Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration across departments.

job requirements

experience required

● Minimum of 8+ years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

● Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning software; familiarity with advanced training tools

like VR and AR is a plus.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.

● Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.

● Demonstrated ability to analyze training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and utilize data to drive improvements.

● Experience working in a diverse, global environment, with the ability to create inclusive and culturally relevant training

programs.
