We, the OneNote team are building the next generation note-taking experiences on Mobile as well as on Web, two of the fastest growing platforms. Our mission is to empower people to Remember, Think, and Organize Better so they can Achieve More with the least effort. We work on AI-assisted contextual capture, recall and organization of notes across PC, Mobile and Web, and embedding those experiences in Microsoft 365 hubs to solve the basic human need of remembering.

Responsibilities

This position is full-time and is based at our Hyderabad office. As a Senior Product Manager at OneNote, you will

• Identify User problems/Product opportunities based on user behavior. Prepare, present, and discuss business goals, strategy, roadmaps, and program status

• Use data and insights to inform decisions and measure outcomes. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to build more love for the Notes family of apps and services.

• Write clear and concise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria with justification, vision, and roadmap for one or more features of the app.

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, researchers, marketers, and other stakeholders to launch and iterate on your features.

• Establish a shared vision within the team and with partners by building consensus on business priorities leading to product execution.

• Live Microsoft’s culture and values every day, leading others through example and influence

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous product management experience, ideally with consumer facing products

• Strong communicator

• Experience building mobile apps.

• Organize and analyze data effectively.

• BS in Computer Science or similar

Pay attention to details and engage in technical discussions confidently
