About the Role

The position involves real-time relevant business communications and engagement to ensure our Product engineering team performance meets the operating need. Expertise in Data visualization/ analysis, Collaboration with product management and engineering is key to success in this role.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities towards the Business:

  • Collect and analyze operational/engineering/ cost metrics from various teams at site level.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or equivalent tools for business insights.

  • Present data findings and insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.

  • Monitor and track project team activities and deliverables, supporting program delivery, leveraging a good understanding of tools and processes such as solutioning, estimating, forecasting, capacity management, status reporting, risks/issue management and program plan

  • Manage the portfolio lifecycle, facilitating application strategy and planning processes, ensuring portfolio delivery success in a modern Dev Ops/agile operating model .This includes accountability for financial visibility to the leader team

  • Apply good understanding of software development lifecycle and project management/scrum methodology in day to day responsibilities.

Responsibilities as a Team Member:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like finance, HR, Strategy to gather relevant data and ensure data accuracy.

  • Train and mentor team members on data visualization best practices and tool usage.

Responsibilities toward Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process automation to improve efficiency and accuracy in data collection and reporting.

  • Develop and maintain run/play books for data collection processes, dashboard maintenance, and automation workflows.

  • Continuously enhance dashboards and reporting tools to meet evolving business needs and improve user experience.
