Onedrive and Sharepoint team in Microsoft is investing in several core technologies like Onedrive Files, Sharepoint Lists, Viva Connections that are used by millions of users to get critical work done and we now want to build delightful experiences across web and Microsoft Teams. We believe the modern workspace is underserved by the existing software solutions and these new scenarios will truly create modern collaboration and productivity hub for the workspace for small and large businesses alike. The ideal candidate has should have strong product design, architecture and development skills. 

Responsibilities

You will be a key member of the engineering team driving critical design initiatives, being accountable for shipping a complete product feature(s) that succeeds with our customers. Some of the core responsibilities include independently designing, owning and shipping software, writing secure, reliable, scalable and maintainable code. Partnering with other teams for product features that span across teams and geographies, figuring out dependencies and driving them to completion. You should have a solid understanding of the software development cycle. Successful candidates should have ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies, Experience in building Full stack features and adopt solution from within the company or from the Open Source community. In addition, strong problem solving & debugging skills are necessary. 

Qualifications

*Required Qualifications: - *  

1. Exemplary CS, design and problem-solving skills, debugging skills with a proven track record of engineering excellence at scale. 

2. 3-5 years of experience in building full stack features on web technologies and frameworks (JavaScript / TypeScript / HTML / CSS / AngularJS / Electron / ReactJS). 

3. Experience with web fundamentals, application performance analysis and improvement.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

5. Curiosity and willingness to learn, share and improve. 

6. Proven track record as a strong performer with significant direct technical contribution.

Preferred Qualifications: -

1. Working Knowledge of C / C++ / C# / .NET Technologies

2. Working Knowledge of web services
