Job Description

We’re looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to join our Experience Design Team in Hyderabad, India.As a Shared Components designer, you will be gathering requirements from the International, regional teams to design features that are reusable in a variety of circumstances. You will be focused on understanding the needs of our NetSuite users across different regions, motivated by the chance to design excellent end-to-end user experiences for them. You will have an inquisitive and analytical, problem-solving mind and you will work alongside a multi-disciplined UX team of designers, user researchers and product managers in a fast-paced, dynamic, agile environment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Hands-on creative problem solving in a cloud-driven enterprise software system

• Own design problems, work with Product Management to understand needs, consult with UX Research for user clarity, and know when and how to push for collaboration for design success

• Work with and support user research to understand needs and define workflows

• Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and user experiences into high-quality design deliverables that communicate design solutions and facilitate discussion

• Present design alternatives and effectively communicate rationale and trade-offs

• Keep communication flowing by bringing feedback from customers to the team, and taking team questions back to customers

• Demonstrate a passion for iteration by proactively sharing your work and requesting feedback

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in software design, industry standards, changes, and trends in UX/Product Design

• Understanding of enterprise software design and willingness to learn [specific domain]

• Advocate for user-centered design across a multi-disciplinary team, helping them to understand and embrace user needs
