We are looking for strong Senior Software Engineer with C++ and Windows developer experience with a proven track record of high-quality solutions and products maintaining security and integrity. You will get to build, use and deploy various cutting-edge technologies to fully enable mobility impaired users to enjoy and be productive on Windows

Responsibilities

• You be deeply involved in Software Development, Testing, Integration, Partner collaboration and technical Design and Innovation aligned with product strategy . You be hands on in building robust, high quality products using cutting edge technology.

• Be code part of code and design reviews and make sure our products bar is high on coding and design standards and on Engineering fundamentals. Represent for the Product in Engineering Shiprooms and make technical tradeoffs.

• Hands on development for critical platform features in partnership with ICs and Managers and set standards and frameworks.

• Mentoring ICs and play significant role in driving culture of growth mindset.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python

• OR equivalent experience.

• Excellent design, coding, debugging, teamwork, and communication skills

• A Customer focused innovation mindset

• Passionate about Craftmanship in engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience shipping commercial software including 1+ years of experience in modern app development using XAML/WinUI and C/C++ is preferred
