Primary Responsibilities:

• Delivery Lead/Technical Lead/SME for building Cloud Based Applications

• This role include, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery

• With every role in the company, each position has a requirement for building quality into every output

• This also includes evaluating new tools, new techniques, strategies; Automation of common tasks; build of common utilities to drive organizational efficiency with a passion around technology and solutions and influence of thought and leadership on future capabilities and opportunities to apply technology in new and innovative ways

• Encourage processes that increase productivity by improvement of people, process, tools, and technology; mentor and train staff on efficient and effective development of Cloud Based Application techniques

• Lead a culture of Collaborate, Learn, Innovate, Scale, Own Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance of managers and/or senior level professional staff

• Practice and coach the team on Software Engineering practice and culture

• Lead and develop application that follows DevOps and with full integration to Automation testing, Logging and monitoring solutions in place

• Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact entire functions and/or customer accounts (internal or external)

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

• 10 + years solid exp in Java, Python, SQL, Springboot, Kafka, No SQL, Service Now, Agile methodologies, Communication & coordination between Engineering & Operations

• Experience with leveraging best practices designing and implementing microservices

• Experience working in the healthcare sector

• Proven proponent of metrics & Engineering best practices, and demonstrable track record of addressing engineering efficiency bottlenecks

• Proven success in growing and managing geographically distributed teams using successful recruiting, employee development, and retentionProven solid project planning and execution skills including estimating, scheduling, and executing on committed schedules

Preferred Qualification:

• Healthcare domain experience
