ServiceNow is currently looking for an energetic and ambitious Senior Manager, Finance Analytics to support our global operations based out of our Hyderabad office. As a member of the Finance Analytics and Insights team, this role will focus on rapidly operationalizing key analysis models, dashboards, and reports used across all Finance functions. The preferred candidate will have experience developing analytical tools and operational dashboards, managing self-service datahubs, and applying creative problem solving and attention to detail to extract actionable insights. They will work closely with leaders and process owners within Finance and our IT partners to enable data-driven decision making and operational excellence.
What you get to do in this role:
Actively collaborate with US-based peers to drive functional analytics roadmaps and develop new tools, helping to scale analytics capabilities across Finance in alignment with the growth of the organization and company
Support analytics and reporting requirements for growing EMEA and APAC Finance teams
Design solutions to automate manual activities, checks, and reporting, and achieve greater efficiency in key monthly and quarterly processes
Continually enhance functional and operational analytical models and dashboards to drive further productivity and executive decision making, including integrating key performance metrics and targets
Scale and manage Finance data dictionary to enable greater self-service reporting, including data mapping to use cases and data definitions
Ensure data integrity and develop cadences for dashboard refreshes and regular reports
Manage and coordinate deliverables of direct team of analysts for multiple, simultaneous efforts and releases across Finance functions, in partnership with US-based peers within larger team.
Serve as a key partner and liaison to extended IT Analytics team based in India to accelerate development and delivery of product builds and enhancements
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has/is:
10+ years of Business Intelligence / Finance Analytics / Finance Operations experience
3-5 years of team management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Data Science/ Engineering/ Information Systems/Business Analysis, or related fields
Advanced Tableau and SAP Business Objects capabilities with a working knowledge of SQL to manage large and complex datasets. PowerBI, Qlikview, SAP HANA, and Anaplan experience is a plus
Understanding of advanced analytics (predictive analytics, business intelligence and machine learning) to leverage the power of data to gain richer business insights
Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to develop creative solutions and balance multiple requests
Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others
