The Team

This role is part of the India Finance Team of the BSO. The BSO has recently become a global organization within CBRE with its own global P&L, including the BSO Centers in Minneapolis, Memphis, Mexico City, Toronto, Warsaw, Kuala Lumpur and the recently created Centre in Hyderabad. The Global BSO organization is going through a phase of major growth and transformation. The Finance Team is partnering with the Global BSO management to support and drive the strategic objectives of the BSO.

The Role

Based in Hyderabad, the role will focus on the India Centre in Hyderabad, working additionally on global initiatives in seamless collaboration with the other regional BSO Centers. This is a client-facing role (internal clients) with an overall objective to deliver clear reporting and insightful analysis to clients, while supporting the BSO leadership to achieve its global objectives.

Job responsibilities:

· Help assess new opportunities, supporting the preparation of Business Cases and comprehensive financial modelling for the valuation of selected initiatives.

· Ongoing monitoring, savings, and project tracking.

· Participate in global BSO projects relating to pricing models and commercial support.

· Support in the long-term strategy planning.

· Manage the collection of information, forecasts, and analysis to formulate business evaluations of opportunities.

· Challenge the financial & commercial information provided to ensure its rigour and consistency.

· Support all the following: budgeting process, forecasting process, strategic planning process, and standard management reporting.

· Clearly communicate financials to clients and BSO leadership. Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities – review and verify data entered by budget owners, prepare analysis of budgeted costs.

· Support local leadership in analysis and projects - act as a Finance Business Partner to the local leadership.

· Prepare other regular and ad-hoc financial analyses.

· Assist in providing information and responding to queries from Stakeholders/ Group.

· Provide recommendations for improvements of existing processes / tools.

Job Requirements

· Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA preferred.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Controlling, Management Accounting etc.,

· Proficient knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn other software and computer applications,

· Fluency in English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to be concise and tailor message to relevant audience.

· Very good analytical skills,

· Strong interpersonal skills – ability to communicate with clarity and build strong working relationships, focused on teamwork, able to manage change during implementation of automation initiatives,

· Ability to work under time pressure and deliver quality product on time,

· Self-motivated and results driven.

· Strong team player, flexible, resourceful.
