This position provides key Customer Experience Measurement Survey Design, Analytic and Data Visualization support across the VOC Analytics team and their LOB’s. This role will work cross functionally to provide visibility of key data used in providing insights and recommendations to all levels of the enterprise.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and Create Customer Experience measurement surveys (both email and Website intercepts) across multiple Optum Digital platforms like Optum.com

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to define, build and deploy standardized dashboards across VOC analytics and the businesses they serve

  • Assist in the creation of custom dashboards and presentations

  • Work cross functionally with various subject matter experts (SME’s) to identify and aggregate data into a common structure so it can be used to create insightful, standardized dashboards

  • Work across the enterprise in identifying opportunities to provide insightful data visualizations in various tools to allow for insights and improvement recommendations

  • Develop processes to create more efficient reporting through automation, subscription based services, and enhancement and delivery of reporting self service wherever possible

  • Assist in creating and maintaining a report library and governing the various components of the library to maintain cleanliness and usefulness

  • Assist in the process of standardizing existing reports

  • Develop models and methods to segment data sets to provide improved decision capabilities and data visualizations to the VOC team

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience with conducting analyses

  • Experience analyzing raw data

  • Experience with Qualtrics or Medallia application

  • Intermediate in MS Word and PowerPoint

  • Advanced in MS Excel

  • Proven curious, Analytical mindset - “How do you do that?” “How does this work?” etc.

  • Proven process oriented

  • Proven quick learner

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a large, complex, fast paced, corporate environment Meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Solid technical background

  • Ability to effectively prioritize in high volume workload situations

  • Ability to communicate and present reports to stakeholders at the executive level

  • Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and / or inaccurate data

  • Proven flexible / adaptable with scheduling and commitments

  • Proven highly motivated and able to work independently, comfortable with ambiguity
