Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitation :

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

  • Ensure that the team follows Agile practices and Scrum framework

  • Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that impede the team’s progress

  • Collaboration :

  • Work closely with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure it is well-groomed and prioritized

  • Foster a collaborative environment where team members can communicate openly and effectively

  • Serve as the point of contact for external communications, such as with stakeholders and customers

  • Drive initiatives within the portfolio

  • Innovation :

  • Have exposure to Microsoft CoPilot or any AI tools and thus bring speed to the deliverables by using AI tools

  • Work towards process improvements and innovate faster time to market

  • Project Management:

  • Track and report on project progress, including metrics such as burndown charts and velocity

  • Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time

  • Manage project scope and timeline, protecting the team from over-committing and scope creep

  • Manage releases and track end to end delivery from intake to deployment, remove challenge

  • Manage Stakeholders

  • Manage and drive UAT cycles

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

  • Experience in managing software development projects using Agile methodologies

  • Managed delivery projects

  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and tools like Rally, Confluence, or similar

  • Skills:

  • Solid understanding of Scrum principles and practices

  • Project management

  • Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven solid problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM, PMP)

  • Experience with other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, XP)

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools

Soft Skills:

  • Proven solid leadership and motivational skills

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proven excellent organizational and time-management skills
