  • Secure and scalable deployment of applications, software updates, and operating systems.

  • Real-time actions on managed devices.

  • Cloud-powered analytics and management for on-premises and internet-based devices.

  • Compliance settings management.

  • Comprehensive management of servers, desktops, and laptops.

MEMCM is part of the Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security Suite (EMS), which is one of the fastest growing enterprise services within Microsoft. As a Lead Program Manager in MEMCM you will lead a program management team delivering key features empowering our customers - IT and end-users alike. You will lead a strong set of program managers providing strategic and people leadership and fostering a culture of growth mindset and inclusion.

Qualifications

Job qualifications:

Skills and requirements that are essential for this role:

· 8+ years of program management experience with proven track records of delivering solutions with demonstrated usage

· 5+ years of organizational leadership and team development

· Strong product leadership to set clear strategy built off internal and external partner relationships, and strong customer connections.

· Passion for customer interaction and desire to exceed what our customers demand of us

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in commercial software services

· Experience with Windows manageability
