As a Lead Program Manager in MEMCM you will lead a program management team delivering key features empowering our customers - IT and end-users alike. You will lead a strong set of program managers providing strategic and people leadership and fostering a culture of growth mindset and inclusion.

Skills and requirements that are essential for this role:
· 8+ years of program management experience with proven track records of delivering solutions with demonstrated usage
· 5+ years of organizational leadership and team development
· Strong product leadership to set clear strategy built off internal and external partner relationships, and strong customer connections.
· Passion for customer interaction and desire to exceed what our customers demand of us
· Experience in commercial software services
· Experience with Windows manageability
