Cornerstone onDemand Principal Business Systems Analyst in Hyderabad, India

Cornerstone is looking for a Principal Finance Systems Analyst (Oracle Cloud P2P and Expense)) who has strong domain, and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion procurement and expense cloud modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials modules, hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud implementations, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business process improvements.

In this role you will…

  • Be hands-on, responsible for the ongoing development, configuration, implementation, enhancement, testing, administration, and support of the Expense & Procure To Pay processes.

  • Collaborate with business managers to gather application and technical requirements, design solutions, develop OTBI reports, security setups, testing/training documents and ensure successful implementation.

  • Articulate solution options and use ERP configuration creatively versus developing enhancements.

  • Provide and support user training where appropriate

  • Troubleshoot and solve incidents reported by users and conduct Problem Management including root cause analysis of design and adoptability problems.

  • Lead the review, validation and testing of quarterly upgrade functionalities in Oracle Cloud applications, and help the users understand/adapt them.

  • Assist with testing/validation of changes to existing programs or implementation of new programs prior to release to production.

  • Work in an agile development environment with a quick turnaround time and iterative builds

You Have What It Takes If You Have…

  • At least 7-10 years of experience in Oracle P2P with at least 2-3 years specifically with ERP Finance Cloud – Accounts Payables, Expenses, Purchasing and Self Service Procurement modules.

  • Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Procure to Pay implementation experience in a functional role preferred.

  • Knowledge of other modules like Accounts Receivables and Collections, General Ledger, Revenue Management, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Risk Management, Tax will be a big plus

  • Ability to configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document application set-ups.

  • Experience creating reports using OTBI/ BI publisher and a strong knowledge of SQL

  • Knowledge of technologies, languages, and architectures like Functional Setup Manager (FSM), Application Development Framework Data Integration (ADFDI), File Based Data Import (FBDI), Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) Report development, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Software as a Service / Platform as a Service (SaaS and PaaS), Smart View / and Fusion Reporting Studio (FRS).

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations.
