Job Description

  • Communication of HR policies and programs in the line of business

  • Working collaboratively with Functional Leaders to develop and implement customize people programs, processes that support the achievement of business objectives.

  • Drive the Employee Engagement activities via HR Unplugged, Town halls, Leadership connect and SKIP sessions.

  • Identifying & addressing the communication roadblocks.

  • Ensure timely completion and collation of appraisal data for the respective business.

  • Rolling out service confirmation letters.

  • Conducting Exit Interviews and plan accordingly to minimize attrition rate.

  • Maintaining attrition data for timely reporting of Exit analysis to Business & HR Leaders.

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Business HR related activities Generate and maintain various employee related reports

  • Handle the employee related queries independently

  • A passion for excellence, compliance & dedicated efforts

  • Good communication skills to manage all employee related communications

  • Qualification: MBA (HR)
