Job Description Summary

Looking for an ideal candidate having 12+ years of consulting experience relevant to urban development or real estate. They should possess expertise as a PPP expert / transaction advisor on urban development or real estate projects.

About the role:

• Partnership Development : Identify and engage potential private sector partners to establish effective PPP agreements that align with project goals.

• Feasibility Studies : Conduct thorough analyses to assess the viability of PPP projects, including financial, social, and environmental impacts.

• Negotiation : Lead negotiations between public and private stakeholders to establish terms that protect public interests while ensuring private sector involvement.

• Contract Management : Oversee the development and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Risk Assessment : Identify potential risks associated with the partnership and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that both public and private stakeholders share responsibilities.

• Financial Structuring : Develop financing strategies that attract private investment while ensuring the project remains affordable for the public sector.

• Stakeholder Engagement : Facilitate communication between public agencies, private partners, and the community to build consensus and support for the project.

• Monitoring and Evaluation : Establish metrics and frameworks to monitor project performance, ensuring that objectives are met and adjustments are made as needed

About you:

• Engineering Graduate with MBA / CA / M Com Preferred Certified Procurement Professional (CPP)

• Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience relevant to urban development or real estate.

• Experience as a transaction advisor on development or real estate / infrastructure projects.

• At least 1 year of continuous working experience on a single relevant project.

• Relevant project experience must involve working with a client as a consultant, providing services for handling PPP projects, including transaction services.
