Role & Responsibilities

Purpose: - To handle HPLC and IC Products

Responsibilities:

The incumbent to handle a list of customer and will be accountable & responsible for the end to end requirement of the maintaining the customer instruments and CAS-Mainly HPLC, IC. Attend all Breakdown calls and closure within the assigned service parameters of response time by accurate allocation of time to achieve customer happiness.

Have complete ownership of the service delivery process for given customer base. Providing timely Preventive maintenance to the assigned set of customers. (Primary and Secondary) by keeping the data of P.M for allocated customer base to rationalise AMC charges Achievement of financial objectives as assigned and completion of the cycle of order process.

Achieve the assigned spares and Service revenue targets. Keeping track of ensuring payment collections for the transactions done for the assigned customer base. Timely reporting of all service reports, weekly reports, expense statements and any other data which is asked from time to time in ISM and emails to ensure communication flow. Follow guidelines on attendance, leaves, mobile policies, travel policies, and other policies to achieve accurate subject area of operations

Candidate Requirement:

Candidate to be Graduate in Instrumentation or Electronics background

Expertise & hands on experience on HPLC and IC operations, solving, servicing and design principle

Nature of experience:

8years of experience on Installation Supporting chromatographic systems

Knowledge Required:

To handle the Analytical instruments servicing and validation of the instruments.

Skills:

Analytical field experience on servicing.
