ModMed (https://www.modmed.com/company/) is hiring a driven L&D Operations Specialist to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing L&D Operations team focused on experience working with international teams and cross-cultural collaboration. This is an exciting opportunity to drive impactful learning initiatives within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!

Your Role:

L&D Operations:

  • Manage our L&D program calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and delivery of learning initiatives.

  • Develop and implement processes for learner registration, course enrollment, and completion tracking.

  • Analyze learning metrics to measure the impact of programs and identify areas for improvement.

  • Partner with the L&D team and vendors to maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.

  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners involved in learning program delivery.

    LMS Administrator :

  • Coordinate internal aspects of the Docebo LMS platform, including user management, system configuration, course uploads, enrollment, and notifications, in partnership with LMS stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain LMS reporting to track usage, course completion, and learning effectiveness.

  • Develop and maintain SOP documentation for internal LMS processes and procedures.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all LMS-related inquiries from employees.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve employee support tickets regarding internal LMS issues.

    Content Management :

  • Organize team resources and project folders in a manner that drives collaboration and operational efficiency.

  • Maintain a centralized repository for training resources, ensuring easy access and version control.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 3 years in corporate learning and development.

  • Proven experience in navigating an enterprise Learning Management System (LMS), preferably Docebo.

  • Experience configuring and managing projects using project management tools, Asana would be a plus.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills are a must-have.

  • Experience using collaborative tools including Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Slack.

  • Experience working with international teams and cross-cultural collaboration.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

  • Experience with learning analytics and data visualization tools.

    Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree.

    Preferred Qualifications: CPA/MBA preferred.
