Job Title – Labelling Digital Expert - IT SpecialistLocation – Hyderabad, India Job model – Hybrid

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Labelling Digital Expert to join our Digital & Tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth labelling systems operations of our business by providing digital technical and functional support, analysing data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery of various digital solutions to improve labelling process efficiency and users’ satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Work on new enhancements for labelling solution(s) (e.g., Loftware, Opal, SAP EHS-GLM, SAP-PLM)

• Work with technical and functional teams to configure labelling solutions and support integration with other applications.

• Interact with different stakeholders (business and IT) to gather/review requirements.

• Train user teams on new systems and processes

• Design & develop new labels as per requirements, enhance the existing labels.

• Collaborate with the vendors for the upgrade & migration project(s)

• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance teams to ensure systems are operating effectively.

• Work efficiently to execute project tasks and release activities adhering to internal processes and protocols, work in line with Agile framework.

  You bring

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field

• Detailed functional and technical knowledge and skills on digital labelling

• Min 5 years of practical experience in managing labelling digital solutions such as Loftware Spectrum, SAP EHS-GLM, Opal, SAP-PLM

• Detailed knowledge of Spectrum, LLM (Loftware Labelling Management tool), Loftware Connector for SAP, Loftware Connector for Oracle, Loftware/Remote Print Agent, Rules/Filters, Opal, SAP EHS-GLM, SAP-PLM. Experience with Loftware LPS (Loftware Print Server) V12 would be an added value.

• Expertise on new label design & development and enhancements of existing labels

• Expertise in configuring different types of printers like Zebra, CAB, Epson etc.

• Knowledge and experience in labelling solutions upgrade and migration activities.

• Experience in working in Agile environments and teams.

• Self-motivation, proactive approach, excellent self-organizational and prioritization skills, agility

• Good communication skills including transparency and diplomacy in interactions with various stakeholders.

• Team player with expertise in working alone with minimum supervision.

• Fast learner and knowledge transfer skills to other team members

• Fluent working English written and spoken.
