Amazon Business Biz Operations (ABBO) is part of Self-Service Registration (SSR) within Business Prime, SSR, Marketing, and Expansion (PSME). We continuously thrive to make the onboarding experience for business customers fast and simple by keeping our process efficient, accurate and by deterring the ill-intentioned. Team is operational 24x7 from Bangalore, Hyderabad, San Jose & Sapporo (Japan). We primarily focus on verifying legitimacy of businesses and establishing ties to the customers registering for business accounts, as well as confirming license information of customers registering for professional healthcare (PHC) accounts to purchase medical products gated for general consumers. This supports the business teams to focus on customer acquisition while pursuing goals of increased platform safety and earn trust of customers.

We are inviting application for the position of Investigation Specialist where candidate will be needed to work for the AB customers and internal ABV system to meet business requirement. The candidate should demonstrate quicker decision-making ability and poses excellent verbal and written communication along with analytical skills.

Basic Qualifications

  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

  • Graduate in any discipline is required.

  • Excellent written and spoken skill.

  • Excellent interactive skills, with the ability to write & communicate complex issues appropriately and evidently to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proactive, self-disciplined, quick-learning, diligent and detail oriented.

  • Effectively prioritizes work time to ensure quality and fulfills department standards for time spent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English

  • Willingness to take initiatives & responsibilities to reduce customer efforts. Communicates effectively both in verbal and written form on all investigative and operational matters.

  • Creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for operational excellence.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Ability to interact with internal/external customers in target language.
