Global Anaplan Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Anaplan (creating new model, enter changes, change assignments, clean models, prepare new versions, change model status, manage accesses, etc.)

  • Support FP&A teams in uploading data into Anaplan on monthly basis

  • received and managers inputs in Anaplan

  • Cooperation with FP&A Teams to agree the changes to be implemented in Anaplan

  • Maintain generic mailbox on daily basis, provide answers and explanations

  • Update trainings presentations and manuals when needed

  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities – review and verify data entered by budget owners, prepare analysis of budgeted costs,

  • Prepare reports for budget and forecasts,

  • Prepare any additional reports or information based on budget or forecast,

  • Participate in Anaplan development - gather requirements, update formula, add new modules

  • Identify and monitor potential risks and opportunities and communicate them

  • Prepare other regular and ad-hoc financial analyses

  • Provide recommendations for improvements of existing processes

  • Other duties assigned by line manager

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Financial Analysis, Controlling, Management Accounting etc. of min. 5 years.

  • Candidates with experience in other areas will be considered if they have proven to have the required abilities and skills,

  • Practical knowledge of Excel and Power Point with the ability to quickly learn other software and computer applications,

  • Knowledge of Anaplan would be an asset,

  • Fluency in English,

  • Good understanding of finance and accounting principles

  • Very good analytical skills and accuracy

  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to communicate with clarity and build strong working relationships.

  • Ability to work under time pressure in a highly changeable working environment and deliver quality product on time.
