Global Anaplan Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Anaplan (creating new model, enter changes, change assignments, clean models, prepare new versions, change model status, manage accesses, etc.)
Support FP&A teams in uploading data into Anaplan on monthly basis
received and managers inputs in Anaplan
Cooperation with FP&A Teams to agree the changes to be implemented in Anaplan
Maintain generic mailbox on daily basis, provide answers and explanations
Update trainings presentations and manuals when needed
Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities – review and verify data entered by budget owners, prepare analysis of budgeted costs,
Prepare reports for budget and forecasts,
Prepare any additional reports or information based on budget or forecast,
Participate in Anaplan development - gather requirements, update formula, add new modules
Identify and monitor potential risks and opportunities and communicate them
Prepare other regular and ad-hoc financial analyses
Provide recommendations for improvements of existing processes
Other duties assigned by line manager
Requirements:
Proven experience in Financial Analysis, Controlling, Management Accounting etc. of min. 5 years.
Candidates with experience in other areas will be considered if they have proven to have the required abilities and skills,
Practical knowledge of Excel and Power Point with the ability to quickly learn other software and computer applications,
Knowledge of Anaplan would be an asset,
Fluency in English,
Good understanding of finance and accounting principles
Very good analytical skills and accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills – ability to communicate with clarity and build strong working relationships.
Ability to work under time pressure in a highly changeable working environment and deliver quality product on time.
