Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

The Accounting Quality team is responsible to help drive quality in the accounting organization to reduce risk and drive quality in our financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute in-house testing of Manual Journal Entries, Account Reconciliations, Quarterly Reporting Schedules.

  • Summarize and track testing results and areas of opportunity of improvement.

  • Assist with preparation of global accounting training, root cause analysis, and guiding improvements.

  • Assist to drive Quality accounting objectives by monitoring and addressing risk.

  • Partner to drive employee’s awareness promoting quality and embedding quality in our culture.

  • Gather data and analysis and document performance metrics.

  • Partner and develop effective relationships with global accounting teams.

  • Data analysis. Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns

  • Support management with ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Audit and data analysis skills

  • Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong organization skills

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting

  • 3+ years accounting

  • Proficient in US GAAP

  • Audit, SOX, or QA background

  • CPA and or Chartered Account

  • Exposure in working in ERP instance (preferably Oracle)
