Designation: Financial Analyst (Accounts Receivable).

Job Summary:

The candidate will join the Accounting Team and play an integral role in performing transactional activities related to accounts receivable, accounts payable and lease administration activities. The candidate will report to Supervisor (AR) and cooperate closely with local accounting team as well as US accounting team to deliver consistent and quality service to clients.

Key duties will include:

•Manage and deliver on all incoming AR and Lease Administration requests as per Service Level Agreement (SLA)

•Provide timely and accurate review of accounts receivable entries.

•Management of all lease and key property documentation.

•Complete the review of variety of accounts receivable transactions, cash receipts, tenant billing, tenant lease entries, monthly rent billing.

•Complete review of Accounts Receivable Aging and coordinate cash applications.

•Analyse and provide AR reports to accounting and management.

•Daily support in lease admin queries and responding to requestors via e-mail.

•Cooperation with team members and other departments-based Captive and US BSO team.

•Adherence to internal and external audit and process control requirements.

Requirements:

•4years of relevant Accounts Receivable/ OTC experience is a must.

•Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must.

•Professional experience in Accounts Receivable/ Lease Administration is preferred but not a must.

•Degree from a four-year college or university program with an emphasis in accounting, finance or related field required. Real Estate experience a strong plus.

•Strong analytical skills

•Strong commitment to quality, orientation to details.

•Ability to complete analyses, reconciliations and communicate results.

•Ability to effectively present information to internal department as well as other departments

•Should have good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, TEAMS)

•Capability to adapt to quickly changing and demanding environment.

•Interested in Commercial Real Estate
