Primary Responsibilities:

  • Contribute and participate in delivery team to provide on-site and off-site consultative services for consulting projects with healthcare clients

  • Lead collaboration efforts with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to refine business initiatives

  • Provide guidance to the client and to ServiceNow technical resources in the implementation of future processes

  • Advise on all things functional and operationally related to our product engineering builds and delivery of client’s implementation projects

  • Develop quality user stories that are consistently written and adhere to acceptance criteria standards

  • Ensure that the highest prioritized user stories are clearly understood by business stakeholders and Scrum team members before the start of the sprint

  • Create and communicate requirements artifacts that translate business needs into executable stories

  • Utilize technical expertise to apply relevant technical processes to appropriate business needs

  • Produce custom client project deliverables and related artifacts

  • Document key discussion points, decisions reached, and next steps in internal and client facing interactions

  • Regularly connect and collaborate with Engagement Leads and team members to assign and complete project tasks

  • Demonstrate solid relationship management skills through successfully partnering with colleagues and clients

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • A versatile and skilled professional with 12+ years of experience in IT and IT Business Management, portfolio governance

  • Experience with ITBM/ Strategic Portfolio management tools (e.g. ServiceNow)

  • Successfully overseen large and complex projects & deployments with multiple clients across various phases of service lifecycle (Solution Design, Transition and Steady State)

  • Proven leader to drive design, implementation & continuous service improvements for external potential clients

  • Proven excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with ability to work in multi-cultural environment

  • Proven excellent command over MS Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.

  • Proven excellent training and presentation skills

  • Proven ability in designing and implementing business management Processes and tool enablement
