APPRAISAL DOCUMENT ANALYST :

JOB PROFILE :

• Generate Draft Report from VIEW/TOPS2

• Run set of UK Discovery valuation schedules and submit to Valuers

• Run data extracts as and when required

• Property due diligence and data gathering

• Carrying out credit checks and generating credit reports

• Create maps and insert into valuation reports

• Insert comparables and due diligence data

• Write-up Inspection Notes into the Report

• Formatting Reports and appending excel schedules for Valuers sign off

• Finalize formatting changes and pdf for Client submission

Skill :

• Office Package – MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook

• Word and pdf formatting

• Quick learner – various technology tools

• Articulate and attention to detail is essential

• The ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines

• Excellent communication (written and oral) skills

• Candidate must be highly organized and able to meet strict deadlines

• Fluent English
