Accounts Receivable Senior Analyst (French)

The responsibilities of our Accounts Receivable team are as big and broad as you’d expect from a global business. From receipts and invoicing, to credit notes and refunds, to bank reconciliations, their diverse activities are integral to our success in handling our annual revenues. What you’ll achieve

You will oversee receipt and posting of cash receipts, manual/custom invoicing and preparation of periodic reports, working with internal and external customers on resolution of outstanding invoice queries and disputes.

You will

  • Manage high complex relationship accounts – 20 - 30M

  • E2E management to make sure the accounts is in good standing – both debits/credits

  • On time collections and improve STP and STP Gap

  • Proactively engage with GCP, PCA teams for upfront systemic fix

  • Act as managers backup in their absence. Help and mentor new hires in the team

Essential Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience with Bachelors degree

  • French Language Expertise is mandatory for this role to support our Canada customers

  • Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills

  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams

  • Should be flexible to work in night shifts
