The seller growth function devises programs to recruit new Sellers and improve existing Seller performance by driving them to adopt to relevant Amazon products and services. We provide necessary support to new Sellers starting from their launch on Amazon to removing blockers and setting them up for success by leveraging various programs and tools.

Leads Management function under International Seller Growth (ISG) Org. supports the Seller Recruitment teams across the globe in lead generation, qualification, prioritization and distribution activities for the entire gamut of Amazon services. Leads management team collaborates with Business, Data Science, BIE teams to identify and deliver high quality leads to the right Seller management/recruiting teams at the right time.

Responsibilities:

• Working with Seller/Account management teams, understand the business requirements, develop mechanisms to provide right quality of seller leadpool at right time

• Setup (or) manage programs by owning the creation of SOP’s, defining the metrics, reporting, monitoring the performance, implementing the technical initiatives.

• Managing and driving the growth of the Seller’s business by adding selection and delivering on key business opportunities for Sellers

• Preparing and driving the WBR/MBR/QBR reviews with the stakeholders. Analyze the metrics and come up with improvement opportunities

• Managing key improvement initiatives and projects: Drive new product launches and relationship extensions by partnering with the business development and on-boarding teams

• Perform deep dives, data analysis using Excel, and other data analysis tools and provide an insightful solution to the customer problems.

• Working with Seller/Account management teams to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.

• Identifying specific prospects/partners to approach, communicating the specific value proposition for their business and establishing long-term, successful partnerships

• Tracking and reporting performance of the programs using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and AM satisfaction targets

• Audit, monitor, and review business performance for your accounts/programs, updating your plans to make sure actions remain optimal to deliver shared goals

• Recommend and make improvements to team processes, metrics, internal tools, SOPs, and other workflows

• Build small to mid-size business intelligence solutions—data sets, queries, reports, dashboards, analyses—or components of larger solutions to answer straightforward business questions with data. Work incorporates business intelligence best practices, data management fundamentals, and analysis principles.

• Knowledgeable in a variety of strategies for querying, processing, persisting, analyzing and presenting data.

Key job responsibilities

Basic qualifications

• Ability to work with IT systems, understanding of data extraction/ querying languages. Knowledge on MS Excel to prepare, track and report the WBR/MBR metrics. Perform data analysis on need basis.

• 3+ years of experience in handling live projects/programs end to end, by owning the delivery and reporting.

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA is a plus

• Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner

• Interest in e-Commerce/Online business

• Ability to deliver results independently in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience

• Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel

• Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence

Preferred qualifications

• E-Commerce experience preferred

• Previous responsibility for strategic development, product management or product marketing, revenue targets and quotas is desirable

• Experience of CRMs e.g. Salesforce, sales and marketing automation tools

• Experience of working on projects with global stakeholders

• Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience

  • 2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience

  • Experience with Excel

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts

  • Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
