Your Mission? Help increase customer lifetime value (LTV) through marketing tactics focused on upselling, cross selling, reducing churn and encouraging product migration. Collaborating with sales, global customer marketing, and product teams, you will use data and insights to track and boost performance, improve conversion across the entire funnel, and keep our customers engaged for the long haul resulting in long-term customer retention and revenue growth.

About Your Team & Your Leader

The Performance Marketing Team - Lifecycle owns the revenue targets around growing wallet share with our existing customer base. We leverage our deep understanding of our customers, data and insights, experimentation, and demand generation tactics to cross sell, upsell, encourage product migration, and reduce churn; ultimately resulting in contributing to the overall revenue targets for the North American market. We have a passion for delivering the best solutions to our customers and ensuring that our customers are customers for life.

Key Responsibilities:

· Creating, executing, and measuring impactful customer campaigns that support retention, cross-sell, upsell, and customer migration.

· Manage customer nurture programs by developing content for emails, direct mail, and webinar programs.

· Collaborate with our analyst team and use customer segmentation data to target relevant customers and deliver the most effective content.

· Partner with our global marketing team to review and localize into regional customer marketing activities.

· Utilize learnings and best practices to help improve campaign performance.

· Collaborate across marketing functions including automation, optimization, and social media teams to deliver customer/lifecycle marketing campaigns.

· Drive a strong sales pipeline of inbound customer demand while maintaining strong customer engagement and lowering churn.

Minimum Qualifications

· 3 years of experience with B2B integrated marketing programs (customer/lifecycle marketing experience preferred).

· You have analyzed campaign results, benchmarked them against metrics/KPIs, and used the findings to present a cohesive story to leadership.

· You are known for being organized and using your project management skills to collaborate and execute multiple marketing projects at the same time.

· You can navigate or quickly learn Salesforce, Eloqua, Google Analytics, or similar marketing automation, reporting, and measurement tools.

· You are known for partnering and building productive relationships cross-functionally. You understand the value of this collaboration to achieve goals.
