Customer Account Manager

Job Description:

Looking to elevate your career in sales? We've got the perfect role for you, as an Account Manager for our Medium Segment team. The account manager is responsible for generating revenue by meeting and exceeding assigned sales goals and objectives within Sage’s existing install customer base for Medium Segment customers. Achieve success by driving sales through add on services attachment, upgrades of business care plans, and migration to additional Sage products/services and renewing existing services. These goals and objectives are achieved though effective management and coordination with channel partners, Internal Sage teams, and customers in your assignment.

This is a hybrid role – three days per week in our Lawrenceville office.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Manages renewal process for Accounts, and building strong customer relationships while delivering customer centric solutions

•  Develop and maintain a strategic plan to proactively engage with assigned customers and channel partners consistently.

•  Resolve open issues and escalate customer concerns to the appropriate stakeholders.

•  Utilize Fusion and Salesforce to track and maintain accurate records of all activities, close dates, pipeline, and leads.

•  Maintain a high degree of accuracy in monthly and quarterly forecasting

•  Develop and deliver qualified leads for SPC, SHP and Sage Intacct
