Sage Account Manager in hybrid, Portugal

Account Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an energic and accountable person willing to provide our customers the best Cash Management solutions. You will be part of a High Performance Team, enthusiastic with Sage XRT Solutions and passionated about working in a leader Technological Company.

You will play a strategical role in Sales, selling our solutions directly or through our channel to new and existing customers. You will help develop and manage our channel partnership being responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with them, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer success and satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be in charge of increasing our customer base and evolving existing customers by understanding their main goals and offering them the best solution (product and consultancy services)

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

• Search, identify and promote business opportunities to customers and potential customers to ensure revenue growth.

• Work closely with channel partners to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.

• Set and achieve sales targets, and monitor partner performance against agreed-upon metrics.

• Stay continuously updated on the solutions, products and procedures of the company, the competition and the market.

• Advising customers and potential customers in order to market the company's products and services and consequently achieve sales objectives

• Carry out presentations, demonstrations (with the help or our PreSales Consultants), visits and follow-up of offers in order to guarantee the optimal execution of the different commercial actions.

• Execute the entire commercial cycle (preparation of offers, negotiation and follow-up) according to the company's requirements and using the defined procedures and methodology.

• Commercial support to Business Partners, assisting them throughout the sales process and being the centralizer of their needs and facilitator of their solutions

• Negotiation and closing of opportunities, including contractual follow-up and discussion of main points with the help of our legal department.

•Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies

• Forecasting

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science or similar)

• Proven Experience in the commercialization of Management & Finantial Software.

• Sales experience managing consultive & complex sales processes.

• Comfortable in large enterprises and international environments.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Goal-oriented with a high performance record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Customer oriented.

• Proven skills on Development of Relationships

• Teamworker, responsible and committed.

• Fluent in English, knowledge of spanish will be considered

• Availability to travel
