The Role:

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join our inclusive, friendly, and forward-thinking team as a Field Partner Account Manager. This role is pivotal to drive sales growth by managing and expanding relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities within a specific territory. This role involves meeting with clients in person, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. Key responsibilities include managing accounts, meeting sales targets, developing strategic sales plans, and acting as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently while aligning with the company's overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory

• Responsible for the growth of accountants booking revenues within assigned territory in Rep of Ireland.

• Regularly visit clients on-site to discuss their requirements, address concerns, and provide solutions.

• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential and existing clients.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. Order Management: Oversee the processing of orders, ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment.

• Provide accurate and timely forecasting for monthly, quarterly and annual performance to the Sales Manager, including risk and opportunity analysis.

• Maximise sales conversion ratios in line with business expectations. - Ensure that revenue objectives can be delivered through assigned regional partners generating own leads.

• Support Sales Manager to deliver initiatives outlined in our annual operating plan.

• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure client needs are met

• Represent the company at industry conferences and showcase product range to professional boards / at industry gatherings

• Market Intelligence: Gather and analyse market data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

Skills, know-how and experience:

• Sales Expertise – deep understanding of sales processes, lead generation and account management.

• Analytical Skills – ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategies

• Relationship Management – proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

• Communication – excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interactions, presentations, and negotiations

• Strategic Thinking – ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth targets.

• Adaptability – confident working in a fast-paced environment with multiple products and changing priorities.

• Analytical Skills - Ability to analyse market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

• Problem-Solving - Critical thinking skills to address customer challenges and provide tailored solutions
