As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting customers at all stages in their journey with Sage, but primarily focused on new customer acquisition. Your responsibilities are not only ensuring the seamless integration of technical solutions, but also mastering the intricacies of more advanced features within Sage Intacct. This includes delving into complex modules, providing in-depth insights into their implementation and contributing to the enhancement of our technical capabilities.

This is a hybrid role – three days per week in your chosen hub

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an in-depth and advanced understanding of Sage Intacct's implementation, configuration, and technical intricacies.

• Serve as a go-to expert for complex technical challenges related to Sage Intacct.

• Stay current on emerging technologies to advise clients on new tools and techniques.

• Lead collaborative efforts within the team to ensure seamless integration of sophisticated technical solutions.

• Rapidly identify and resolve advanced technical issues in the implementation and configuration of Sage Intacct.

• Monitor the progress of your projects and ensure that they are meeting the objectives set out at the outset.

• Provide advanced technical insights and contribute high-level technical support to the wider SC team and Customers.

• Lead technical workshops with clients to define project objectives.

• Develop the right technical solution to meet or exceed our clients expectations.

• Advise clients on new technologies to keep them competitive and capitalize on new opportunities..

• Deliver on-site and web-based presentations to broad audiences.

• Take the technical lead in responding to proposals and RFPs;
