IBM Brand Leader - UKI Data & AI Technology Expert Labs in Hursley, United Kingdom

As a Data & AI Brand Practice Leader, you will be responsible for the overall success of the UKI Data & AI Technology Expert Labs business. As an upline manager, you will lead a team of technology focused Practice Managers and delivery consultants to ensure the successful delivery of all customer projects, whilst continuingly looking at driving further business through new signings. To prove successful, you will foster a culture of outstanding technical expertise and customer delivery.

You will build and lead a team of professional services consultants working with customers and partners to architect and implement innovative solutions with IBM Data & AI technology. You'll do this by capturing opportunity by working closely across the wider IBM business, building strong relationship and driving successful collaboration for mutual success.

Your Role and Responsibilities

With first-class communication and empathy, you'll work closely across IBM and with clients to develop reliable relationships that successfully accelerate the adoption of IBM technology.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Leading delivery to address Clients' business needs, driving project success and repeat business
    • Best practice sharing: Collect and share global best practices with your team to enhance the effectiveness of the UKI team
    • Effective Communication: Whether when leading your own team, collaborating across IBM, or talking directly with clients - you will demonstrate exemplary communication skills.
    • Employee engagement and career progression: You will create an environment that both fosters strong employee engagement and looks to identify and support top talent

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of IBM Data & AI solutions and the wider Data & AI industry

  • Proven Technical Services delivery leadership experience: Track record in leading services delivery teams to drive adoption of complex, enterprise grade technology solutions.

  • Experienced business leadership: Experience of P&L ownership and driving successful business results - through revenue growth and strong profitability.

  • Strong client management and negotiation skills and with proven experience handling executive customer escalations

  • Experience with key IBM operational services delivery tools including Clarizen, IBM Sales Cloud and EPM (Cognos).

  • Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities or projects simultaneously

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Preferred Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, advanced degree desirable

  • Technical certifications in one of more IBM Data & AI technologies
