General Requirements:
Associates Degree in related field. Three years related experience or experience in a related field. Experience in Higher Education and specialized work is desirable. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.
Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties:
Performs advanced specialist duties for the Department of Enrollment Services for the College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Primary Responsibilities (Staff Positions Only):
Performs advanced specialist duties for Enrollment Services for the College of Osteopathic Medicine ( COM ) to include maintaining records, compiling reports, and policy interpretation. Builds schedules, assists in student registration, and aids in end of term processing and audits for the COM . Decisions are made within limits, established polices, and procedures. Plans, develops, implements, coordinates and monitors programs or services. Responds to information requests. Collects, reconciles, and maintains complex data. Prepares letters, correspondence, and reports. Assists in developing policies and procedures and interprets policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned.
