Job Title:Test Design and Analysis Senior Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Willbrook Solutions is seekinga Senior Engineer/Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Test Planning, Design, and Analysis team.The candidate will work as part of a multi-discipline team to support the test design and analysis of flight, ground, and cyber tests as part of an executable Missile Defense System (MDS) Test Program for the MDA.

RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS:

• Support the analysis of developmental and operational test requirements through the use of analytical tools.
• Conduct sensor performance analysis on MDA tests and architectures utilizing models, simulations, and analysis tools.
• Perform analysis of RADAR acquisition, track, discrimination, and siting decisions in support of flight test planning.
• Develop and utilize analysis tools as necessary to process low- to high-fidelity trajectory and RADAR data.
• Support the development and utilization of analysis tools on High Performance Computation (HPC) systems and networks.
• Develop operational realism comparison analyses for MDA tests.
• Conduct Flight Test Safety technical analyses.
• Perform Flight Telemetry Link Margin Analyses (LMA).
• Conduct Flight Test Launch Collision Avoidance (COLA) analyses.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Must be U.S. citizen
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET or higher-level clearance. Candidates with an active Final SECRET clearance is desired, but candidates without but able to obtain and maintain a SECRET or higher-level clearance will be evaluated and considered.

``` - MS in Engineering from an ABET-accredited Program with a minimum 10 years' relevant experience; or a BS in Engineering from an ABET-accredited Program with a minimum 15 years' experience. - Experience using MATLAB, Python/Anaconda, or similar programming languages for analytical Modeling and Simulation (MandS). - Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-discipline team. - Ability to manage and support multiple various tasks simultaneously. - Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to brief Senior DoD officials on task status and analysis findings.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with DoD test planning, analysis, and/or execution.
• Experience with missile defense systems, including advanced radars, missiles, or command and control (C2) systems.
• Experience with MDA flight test analysis, flight tests and/or MDA threats, targets, and/or interceptors.
• Knowledge of RF signatures and RADAR systems and utilization in missile defense systems.
• Experience developing and/or utilizing RF signature modeling and analysis processes, methodology, and tools.
• Familiarity with advanced RF concepts, techniques, and algorithms and RADAR design and utilization in missile defense system architecture.
• Experience with Systems Toolkit (STK), Mathematica, Java, JavaScript, Trajectory Analysis and Optimization Software (TAOS), and Virtual Globes.
• Experience with Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VVandA) processes.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

Active Secret Clearance Required
