Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Human Resources is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Talent Management Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct data analytics, develop strategies, and manage roles in Workday. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Reporting to the Human Resources Staffing Manager, the person in this role will support the department’s objective to manage workforce labor.

This position is based at our manufacturing facility in Huntsville, Alabama. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location.

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintain Workday HRIS and conduct periodic checks to ensure system data integrity.

  • Coordinate reporting materials for periodic HR status meetings.

  • Perform administrative duties (ex: correspondence, budget, and budgeting activities).

  • Work with and maintain confidential information.

  • HR and company projects.

  • HR KPI tracking and reporting.

  • Visual management; creating and maintaining HR charts and graphs.

  • North American Manufacturing strategy proposals/local impact evaluations.

  • Partner with business groups to maintain positive employee relations and high morale.

  • Support HR groups with onsite activities, projects, and communication cascades.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent and relevant professional human resources work experience.

  • Data analytics experience.

  • Proven ability to develop strategies.

  • Workday or equivalent HRIS system experience.

  • Ability and willingness to work up to 20% overtime weekly.

  • Conflict resolution skills.

  • Excellent time management skills, including proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Budgeting experience.
