Yulista Sr. Flight Test Analysis Team Lead in Huntsville, Alabama
Troy 7, Inc. is seeking a Senior-level Engineer/Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
In this position, the selected candidate will support the MDA Director for Test (DT) Test Design and Analysis (DTD-A) team at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Serve as the DTD-A Test team lead, overseeing Range Safety Analysis (off-nominal vehicle trajectories) and Link Margin Analysis (LMA) efforts for Missile Defense Agency Flight Tests.
Review analysis results and briefings/presentations for MDA meetings.
Participate in MDA Test Readiness, Pre- and Post-Test Analysis Reviews, providing analysis, feedback, and recommendations.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior analysts.
Provide regular Range Safety and LMA analysis status updates to Agency.
Oversee updates to data analysis processes and training documentation.
Prepare technical reports and/or briefings.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
REQUIRED:
Experience with test program planning and test execution
Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and work both independently and collaboratively
Experience working independently and/or leading sub-teams, applying engineering rigor to analyze and resolve problems
Skilled in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
DESIRED:
Experience with Trajectory Analysis and Optimization (TAOS) Software
Experience with missiles, targets, or missile defense systems
Experience with LMA and/or telemetry analysis
Matlab and Python experience
Working knowledge of Systems Tool Kit (STK) program
Familiarity with Range Safety functions
QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree in engineering or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience /or/
A Bachelors degree in an engineering or related field with 15+ years of relevant experience may be substituted without a MA/MS degree
Active Secret clearance is required.
