Job Description

Job Summary:

In the role of Systems Integrator, you'll be instrumental in driving our process automation efforts and utilizing a range of tools and systems to transform our operations. Reporting to both the Lead System Integrator and the Director of Automation, you will have the opportunity to significantly influence our company's digital transformation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automation solutions using ServiceNow Integration Hub and Ansible

• Integrate and optimize workflows across various systems, including:

• SAP ERP

• Salesforce CRM

• AWS and Azure cloud services

• VMware

• Design and implement cloud-based solutions leveraging both AWS and Azure platforms

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve business processes

• Create and maintain documentation for automated processes and integrations

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for our automation framework

• Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and propose innovative solutions to complex business challenges

Knowledge & Experience:

Required:

• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and Ansible

• Experience with Enterprise Identity Providers (Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta)

• Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms and services

• Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux (RHEL preferred)

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash

• Understanding of API integrations and RESTful web services

• Experience with SAP ERP and/or Salesforce CRM integrations

• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication abilities to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable:

• AWS and/or Azure certifications

• Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

• Knowledge of database systems, particularly in cloud environments

• Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, Red Hat Certified Ansible Specialist)
