Position Summary:
Strata-G Solutions is a customer centric company looking for candidates to work in the Huntsville, AL area for designing and integrating state-of-the-artDHS and DoD
specific electronics equipment, weapons, power, and lighting integration designs
in a highly motivated team environment.
Qualifications Desired:
- Minimum of 8 years of electronic engineering experience
- Skill in using AutoCad and similar tools
- Ability to lead/mentor a team of engineers
- Ability to handle detailed technical requirements
- Ability to find creative solutions
- Ability to work with technicians
- Secret security clearance required or ability to obtain one
- Must be a US citizen and speak/read/write English fluently
- Electrical/Electronic system design, layout, integration, and test.
- Testing, reverse engineering, and debugging of circuit cards/boards
- Proven ability to produce up to production level drawings of their designs
Minimum Education/Experience:
- BS or MS Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Successful candidates will work closely with team members, and customers developing detailed designs, component specifications, reverse engineering, engineering analyses, etc. associated with customer's requirements (SOWs, SRDs, contract requirements, etc). Projects may involve any aspect from inception through installation, to include support during low rate initial production (LRIP) and may require working different shifts and /or travel.
