Job Title : SAMD FMS Analyst (Aviation)

Job Description:

  • Candidate should have an in depth maintenance background with the ability to differentiate the needs of the customer and apply sustainment knowledge to assist the partner nation with short suspense requirements.

  • The candidate should have extensive knowledge on the configuration of AH-64 Apache helicopters, preferably on the D and E model.

  • Responsible for assisting in the management of complex Foreign Military Sales (FMS) efforts.

  • Is instrumental in reviewing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Letters of Request (LORs) for system and platform information pertaining to AH-64 Apache.

  • Coordinates with the Program Management Offices (PMOs), Industry, and other commands to assist in the generation of LORs & LOAs in response to a foreign entity or COCOM request.

  • Provide support requested foreign visits to the US in anticipation of meetings related to platforms.

  • Respond to taskers related to FMS funding. Ensure obligation plans are documented properly.

  • Review goals and provide recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance with plans.

  • Draft memorandums of request for action items.

  • Coordinate LOA response documents as necessary.

  • Assist in preparing updates for COP/CEA 7 reports.

  • Prepare material for Country briefings and reports/memorandums.

  • Assist in planning, executing and taking minutes at Program Management Reviews and other meetings.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Adhere to the company's AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Education/Experience:

  • 10 years’ experience with the Apache platform.

  • HS diploma or equivalent.
