Koniag Data Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Program Integrator with a Secret clearance to support KDS and our government customer in Huntsville, AL.

Seeking a Program Integrator with a Secret Clearance to support KDS and our government customer in Huntsville, AL. Requires a detail-oriented and experienced professional to provide support to Plans, Programs, Resources & Procurement at Army PEO Aviation Headquarters in the form of:
Develop, screen, and provide products to support taskers
Coordinate with E&A leadership daily regarding office priorities to meet strategic goals and objectives
Brief E&A leadership and office on a weekly basis on the status of all work products and deliverables assigned
Analyze management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology
Develop new or modified administrative program policies, regulations, goals or objectives
Identify data required for use in the management and direction of activities
Develop management and/or program evaluation plans, procedures and methodology
Identify resources required to support varied levels of program operations
Analyze and evaluate prosed changes in mission, operating procedures and delegations of authority
Develop and consolidate functional area information briefs and provide for leadership consumption
Desired Skillsets:
Demonstrated expert experience in Microsoft Office tools, Power Point, Excel, Project, Word, Teams and SharePoint
Experience working on Army Acquisition development programs, preference for Aviation
Knowledge of contract requirements and documents such as Statements of Work and Integrated Master Schedules
Understanding of the Army acquisition, budget and Government contracting principles and practices
Ability to manage complex projects
Ability to work effectively with others
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to quickly learn and implement AGILE skills and toolsets such as JIRA
Strong oral and written communication skills
Specific Tasks:
Assist in updating CRP documents and oversee contract modifications
Work with functional leads to ensure efforts are coordinated and aligned to E&A strategic goals and objectives
Assist in developing and reviewing processes
Assist in planning and coordinating calendars to support E&A input to PM milestones
Travel:
May require travel up to 5%.

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
