Primary Function The Program Integrator will assist the Directors and Program Managers with program managment tasks, including managing and maintaining a program budget and determining policies and procedures. He/she will manage program-related internal and external communications with higher echelons and organize and maintain program agendas.

Essential Duties Responsible for working with Directors and Program Managers to meet overall program requirements to deliver products/services to the customer on time and within stated business objectives. Occasionally participates in business development activities, including capture management and proposal development for government contracts related to Test and Evaluation, Training, and Engineering Services. Assists Program Managers to program/project level profit and loss (PandL). Plans and tracks program resources and ensure managing to budget constraints. Acts as primary contact to stakeholders, ensuring operational support from the subsidiary. Understands program priorities and coordinates necessary resources to meet mission critical objectives. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules; develops solutions to systemic program problems. Monitors Quality Assurance, Safety, and Training initiatives including audits; coordinates efforts directly with the appropriate YHL staff. Acts as advisor to subsidiary leadership team regarding current programs, projects, tasks, and operations. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected with minimum to no supervision. Other duties may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities This position may have direct reports and supervises employees on daily tasks. This position has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks.

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Intermediate to Expert computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs. Working knowledge of advanced software applications is preferred. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff. Will also routinely interact with other crew members and external contacts such as vendors, suppliers, and Corporate representatives, etc. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and consider decision impact across multiple areas. Must possess effective oral and technical written communication skills to clearly communicate information to others. Ability to use general office equipment such as fax, phone, copier, scanner, printers, etc. Ability to follow a process. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow-up. Strong decision analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions. Must be able to communicate issues to management. Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to Yulista Solutions, LLC goals. Ability to perform basic mathematical computations. High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Ability to multi-task. Ability to read and interpret DOD/DOE/NASA/OGA customer documents and contract/program requirements such as operating and maintenance instructions, standard operating procedures and procedure manuals. Requires the use of judgment to plan, perform; general decisions are made to solve a problem or select a course of action for a standard or recognized method of operation.

Required Qualifications: BA/BS degree with 5+ years of related experience in Program Management, Contracting or Cost Controls with a DoD Contractor or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Must have an active Government Security Clearance and ab e to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance. Travel requirements - up to 20%. USG contracting experience is desired, particularly within the Department of Defense. Prior leadership experience is desired.
